  Grant Tormey is a member of BF Rich’s Commercial & Architectural Team providing sales and technical support direct to architects and our commercial/new construction customers.  He is capable of preparing proposals for any size or type of project whether it is a single house, a multi-unit development, or a large commercial building.  He also will coordinate projects from start to finish in concert with Darryl Huber, Manager of the Commercial & Architectural Division.

  Grant joined BF Rich in 2003, following 13 yrs as Project Manager with Whiting-Turner and IBM.  His projects with WT included a golf course, several IBM Manufacturing facilities, numerous commercial buildings, and several schools.  He currently operates from his home office in central NJ and is equipped to receive drawings electronically direct from architects, contractors, or owners.
