Basement hopper windows are custom crafted, fusion-welded and available in custom sizes and with custom grille patterns. At B.F. Rich we build every basement hopper window to your specifications.

Features:

Basement hopper windows have vinyl, fusion-welded, maintenance free sash and frame construction that will never crack, rot, or peel, will never need painting and have a tilt-in, easy to clean feature.

Basement hopper windows tilt inward from the top by the use of a rotating arm hinge to provide ventilation.

7/8-inch insulating glass with patented DuraSeal™ warm edge spacer, provides excellent insulation to save you precious heating and cooling dollars.

Lever locks for security and safety.
1 lock less than 28” width and 2 locks at 28” and above width.

Full exterior screen is standard.

Made every 1/8” width and height - Minimum size 14” x 12” - Maximum size 50” x 30”.

Master frame depth 2 1/2”.
